Accessibility Statement

Updated on 12 October 2026

1. Accessibility Status

Basqueluma GmbH is committed to ensuring that its digital content is accessible to all individuals, regardless of their physical or technical capabilities. We align our development with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA, as well as the requirements set forth by the European Accessibility Act.

The current status of our website is "partially conformant." This means that while most core functions are fully accessible, there are some areas where optimization is still ongoing, which do not significantly hinder the use of our primary services.

2. Implemented Measures

To ensure an accessible user experience, we have implemented the following technical standards:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are reachable via the Tab key. There are no keyboard traps.
  • Skip-Links: A dedicated link at the top of every page allows users to bypass navigation and jump directly to the main content.
  • Contrast and Colors: Our color palette is designed to maintain sufficient contrast ratios between text and background in accordance with WCAG AA.
  • Semantic HTML: We utilize correct HTML5 structures (such as <main>, <nav>, and hierarchical headings) to facilitate orientation for screen reader users.
  • Reduced Motion: Animations are automatically disabled when the system-wide "Reduce Motion" setting is active.
  • Alternative Text: All functional images include descriptive alt-text. Please note that photos on the website are illustrative.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, users may encounter limitations in the following areas:

  • Some complex tables within our pricing lists may be difficult to interpret for very old versions of screen reading software.
  • Interactions with external services, specifically the form submission via FormSubmit, are subject to the accessibility standards of that third-party provider.

We review these points regularly and work on improvements, as reflected in our transparency approach within the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

4. Feedback and Contact

If you encounter any barriers or experience difficulty using our website, please let us know. We aim to address and respond to accessibility concerns within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility request, you may contact the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (DSB), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien (https://www.dsb.gv.at).

For legal disputes, the competent place of jurisdiction is the court of Innsbruck. This statement is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and the DPA.
